Ready to join the Arete Preparatory School community?
Follow these simple steps to complete your child’s enrollment.

☐ Step 1: Explore Arete

  • Browse our website and learn about our Pre-K–12th grade programs.

  • Schedule a tour by calling 770-482-6118 to see our classrooms in action.

☐ Step 2: Complete the Application

  • Fill out the online application form.

  • Submit a separate application for each child.

☐ Step 3: Submit Supporting Documents

  • Provide transcripts or report cards (if applicable).

  • Submit any required testing records or IEP documentation.

  • Upload proof of age (birth certificate).

☐ Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

  • A $150 non-refundable fee is required per student.

  • Payment can be made online when you submit your application.

☐ Step 5: Student Visit & Assessment

  • Students applying for Kindergarten and higher are encouraged to attend a classroom visit.

  • Assessments may be scheduled to help determine grade placement.

☐ Step 6: Enrollment Decision

  • You will receive an admissions decision by email or phone.

  • Accepted families will receive an enrollment packet with next steps.

☐ Step 7: Complete Enrollment Forms

  • Return signed enrollment forms.

  • Complete your Income Eligibility Form (IES) and any required health records.

☐ Step 8: Get Ready for the First Day

  • Review the supply list and uniform requirements.

  • Attend orientation (if applicable).

  • Prepare for an exciting year at Arete!
